Falling Leaves Raffle Rules         

Raffle tickets will be sold only to registered guests.

Pre-sale discounted tickets are available until end of day on October 31st.

Guests who purchase pre-sale raffle tickets will receive their tickets at registration. Guests deposit these tickets in the packages of their choosing. 

Additional tickets will be sold at the event until sold out.

All raffle tickets purchased are linked to the purchaser’s unique bidder number. The Glen Ellyn Park District will not get involved in any disputes regarding trading/sharing of raffle tickets.

The Falling Leaves Raffle will shut down at exactly 8:45pm on November 2nd. There will be announcements at 8:30 and 8:40 for last call purchases and entries.

All raffle tickets must be deposited in a package bin by 8:45. There are no exceptions and no purchases can be refunded. 

Auction purchases are only tax-deductible as allowed by law as the price bid exceeds the fair market value of the package.

The Glen Ellyn Park District nor the Friends of Glen Ellyn Parks provide any guarantees, warranties or servicing of raffle items and are not liable for any personal injury or damage to property that may result from the use of the item or service sold.

Packages must be picked up at check-out from 10:00 p.m. -10:30 p.m. All packages are to be collected the night of the event, unless arrangements have been made under special circumstances.

Credit cards on file will be charged upon check-out for all raffle items, paddle raise donations, live auction packages purchased. You may choose at check-out to pay by check instead of credit card.
